Inner Shirt- Bershka// Outer Shirt- H&M// Jeans- Abercrombie & Fitch

Clearly I don't edit very well, nor do I do the whole taking photos myself thing very well. But I want you to know that I tried really hard. Maybe not with the editing, but I tried somewhat hard.
This was my outfit for Christmas at home with the fam. Not very special, I must admit.
I very much like the inner shirt, outer shirt trend that comes along during fall/winter. Another layer for warmth and I am so into anything that keeps me warm and doesn't make me a snowman. Sidestep: I really hate it when foreigners can wear nothing and I look like a snowman.
I like basically all things leather/fake leather. The leather shoulder pads mini trend was a happy time for me. Honestly not sure if that trend is still up there or not, but I mean leather.
Hope you all had a wonderful and fun Christmas! If you don't have cats, I hope you got one for Christmas.

Shirt- Pull & Bear// Inner Jacket (you probably can't see it)- Abercrombie & Fitch// Outer Jacket- Forever 21// Jeans- Bershka// Shoes- Pull & Bear// Bow- Forever 21

Christmas holidays and my family are here so we went to Tai O!
For people who don't live in Hong Kong/China, you probably have no idea where or what this is. But essentially it is on the far west side of Lantau Island, where everything is still quite traditional, stilt houses being the most popular attraction (photos 1 and 3).
Brief introduction done with. I thought it was going to be semi-warm that day, nope. I wore three thin layers hoping that it was going to be enough. Nope. The difference between the cold everywhere else and the cold here in Hong Kong is that our cold is the wind. Does that make sense? It is because of the wind, that's why it's cold. Moving on.
Still one of my favourite jackets (see jacket story here), but sadly not warm enough. I'm also really into crazy pants, or rather, unique pants? But I am also getting chubbier by the day (plus Christmas, wowowow) and my hips are not getting any smaller. So, many of my pants/jeans are getting ridiculously tight, aka these pair of neon orange jeans. I still love them, they are just SO tight.

Christmas post coming up soon. In the mean time, check out my instagram for almost-daily updates!

Ice Ice Baby

It's one of those days,
Where everything's the same,
Everything the same,
But with icy cold hands enclosing me.

I don't look out through warm, blood-filled eyes,
I look out through ice cubes of bitter hatred.
What is warmth? I cry.
Warmth is the sun that I will never feel.

Where is the sun?
I want the sun!
Melt away the ice of darkness,
Bring me the beauty, and only the beauty.

We Cannot Save This World

It's kind of sad,
How our world has become this ball of expectations and stereotypes.

It's kind of sad,
How our world is full of war and poverty.

It's kind of sad,
How our world is so polluted.

It's kind of sad,
Because people can't grasp that everyone is unique.

It's kind of sad,
Because we have the filthy rich and the dirt poor, the unnecessary wars.

It's kind of sad,
Because we pollute and contaminate and hurt this beautiful earth, and people hardly notice.

It's kind of sad,
Because we are the new generation of technology and media, yet we cannot save this world.

Stop Revolving

The earth revolves the sun does not,
In a daze, I am caught.
I keep revolving, revolving, revolving,
Around him is never solving.

Stop it, you can't stop.
You are just a prop.
You are unimportant,
It is he that is constant.

Wake up! I say,
Stop revolving, I pray!
Look at this world,
It is all blurred,
Because you never opened your eyes to see.

The summer's gone,
And the autumn breeze,
Played with my hair,
And did as it pleased.

The chilly morning air,
A slap in the face,
Shiver and shudder,
Weather with such grace.

Red crisp leaves,
Lay on the floor,
The satisfying crunch,
As you step on many more.

It's time I say,
For the fuzzy blankets,
Bundle yourself up,
And forget the regrets.
